How can I find out when additional programming is added?
We add programming on a rolling basis from November through late February. Please join our mailing list to receive festival updates and check back into our website regularly.
What is the NWF ticket refund policy?
All tickets to the Nantucket Wine & Food Festival are non-refundable.
How will I receive my tickets?
You will receive an E-ticket for each event that you purchase. All E-tickets have a barcode that will be scanned at the entrance to each event. You may print your ticket or present the barcode on your mobile device. Each ticket can only be scanned once.
Please note that for Great Wines in Grand Houses, ticketholders will be emailed one week prior to the festival with the address of your dinner or tasting.
I cannot find my tickets. Where can I reprint?
If you need your ticket confirmation resent, email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need tickets resent during the festival, stop by NWF Registration in the Sunroom at the White Elephant.
I am at the Festival. Where is NWF Registration?
The Nantucket Wine & Food Festival Registration and information desk is located in the Sunroom at the White Elephant. Stop by to pick up an NWF program, buy event tickets, print your already-purchased tickets or just grab a cup of coffee and say hello!
