Andrea Solimeo, Chef-Owner, of Ventuno restaurant spent years cooking in Italy. He spent most of his time in the celebrated kitchens of Emilia-Romagna, where, he focused heavily on pasta. At Ventuno, he strives to bring forth the soul of Italian cooking, within the framework of Nantucket and New England. He is now also the Chef at Via Mare at The Greydon House in Nantucket.
