This dinner will feature four benchmark vintages direct from the cellars of this exceptional property. These magnanimous wines will be paired with the elegant cuisine of Chef James Hackney from the Relais & Château property, the Waquassett Resort on Cape Cod. James well seasoned culinary career has taken him from his native UK to The Blantyre, a Relais & Châteaux property in Lenox, MA… to Boston’s famed L’Espalier… he has been the Executive Chef at The Waquassett for almost 9 years.
The evening will be steeped in history, elegance and luxurious tastes as Geraldine Giroux of Cos d’Estournel shares exquisite wine pairings for each of the five courses.
