Unique, artistic, rare….. Join us for an iconic Napa Valley Wine Dinner with John Schwartz of Amuse Bouche and acclaimed Chef Michael Fojtasek of Austin’s award-winning Olamaie.

The stunning collectible Amuse Bouche wines are a joint venture between “cult” winemaker Heidi Barrett and John Schwartz. This Pomerol-style Merlot/Cabernet Franc, known as the Petrus of Napa Valley,  is produced  from some of the most acclaimed vineyards in the Napa Valley. John will share with guests a number of wines from their other projects as well.

Chef Michael will create a 6-course wine dinner featuring his southern inspired cuisine and modern finesse to pair beautifully with the iconic wines of Amuse Bouche. This art-filled dinner is sure to ignite all of your senses.
