John’s career boasts over 40 years in the food industry; his expertise was built through a series of roles in many food departments: from bakeries, cheese shops, coffee importers, butchers, to fishmongers, all providing him with an extensive and well-rounded knowledge that makes him a go-to person in the high-end retail world.

 

John has covered management roles for over 25 years in the supermarket trade, working at nationwide chains such as Food Emporium, Kings, and Whole Foods. He then spent 8 years with D’Artagnan creating a sales network and nationwide distribution for high-end gourmet meats, game meats, exotic eggs, truffles and mushrooms.

 

Since 2013 he is Vice President of Calvisius Caviar USA, bringing his expertise and knowledge to the Italian company, the largest producer in the world of top grade caviars.
