Chef Al is a well-travelled New Englander who has enjoyed working in the luxury resort setting as an opening Chef at both the Ocean House in Westerly Rhode Island and The Waquessett Resort in Chatham, Massachusetts. He was the Chef de Cuisine at The Gitic Plaza Hotel in Guangzhou, China and at the famed Georgia resort Callaway Gardens.
Chef Al loves to cook food that delights his guests and is constantly evolving his style based on the feedback from the guests and from his service staff. “My service team is directly on the front line and they know how all of the food is being received – the guests speak and I listen.”
