Exquisite wines will be tasted with the guidance of experts in rarely-seen surroundings at these special intimate tastings that are limited to 12-20 people. Upon arrival, guests will be served a palate-honing glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne. Tasting will be "sit down" with S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna water. A tasting listed as a dinner tasting also includes dinner; look for the green type that designates a dinner tasting. A tasting listed as a brunch also includes brunch; look for the blue type that designates a brunch.

Tastings (except dinner tastings) require 1.5 to 2 hours
of time, and punctuality is requested.

Transportation arrangements should be made by the ticket holder.

Maria Helm Sinskey of Robert Sinskey Vineyards and author of The Vineyard Kitchen and Williams-Sonoma Family Meals (Fall 2008), will sacrifice a dazzling array of local seafood in her quest to cook up a batch of killer paella... Nantucket style! Rob Sinskey of Robert Sinskey Vineyards will be on hand to pop the corks on his versatile array of Pinots. Wines presented will embrace all that is Pinot, both white and red, to include Pinot Blanc, Abraxas (a blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Gewurztraminer), Vin Gris of Pinot Noir (perhaps the only time you will be able to taste this highly allocated rose) a duo of acclaimed Pinot Noirs and a Pinot Gris Late that was produced in miniscule quantities. Everything served, including the wines, will be wild or organically farmed.
