Federico Ceretto, 6th generation family member of the legendary Ceretto Winery will lead this 5-course dinner featuring the stunning cuisine of Chef Jacopo Campobasso of Federico’s three-star Michelin restaurant, Piazza Duomo. Each course will be paired with one of Ceretto’s delightful wines, focusing on the region’s well-known Barolo and Barbaresco varietals. Some additional special tastes are in store this evening, including a reception featuring luxurious Italian Calvisius Caviar.
